Account Executive
Key Responsibility
1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer and business partner
5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
6. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients and internal management team
7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target
8. Communicate with production team regarding to customer’s requirement and KPIs
Key Competencies
1.Male or female, age not over 35 years old.
2.Be Passionate about reading, learning new things and self improving.
3.Be creative and like challenging.
4.Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in Digital Marketing or a related field for 1years (Preferable)
5.High endurance and be able to work as a team
6.Be knowledgeable and understandable of target group and principle of marketing.
7.Interested in online marketing
8.Interested in consumer behavior
9.Be able to work overtime in urgent cases
10.Analytical mind, result oriented and well adapted to change
11.Excellence verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
12.Strong problem solving skills.
13.BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
