SmartHeart is not renowned in Singapore, especially on Instagram. Moreover, it’s going to be the first activity campaign on the online platform to increase the number of participation, recognition, and virality.
Strategy
Finding a mechanic that is appropriate for online platforms (IG/FB), making it easy and simple to all ages. Target behavior analysis was done to scope campaigns promotions to the right audience for the best result.
Accomplishment
The IG followers grew from less than 100 to 133 where they are seen sharing their cats photos with #SmartHeartSG on instagram.
